“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity” ~World Health Organization, 1948
Kome Q is from two Japanese Kanji words: “Kome” = rice and “Kyu” = eternal What a wonderful way to express how abundant the universe can be in all aspects. This inspired me to create a special program called, “Kome Q”
What is Kome Q and what makes it special? Kome Q is a program designed to create and attract abundance and balance to all aspects of your life: Physical, Mental (Emotional) and Spiritual.
It is a program designed to take place over one year
Part I: physical (and emotional) body:
These sessions will focus on how diets work, the importance for eating right for you, the connection between food and how we feel and function.
-We will discuss simple anatomy of the digestive system and how it is inter-related to the rest of the body
-Why is exercise / movement important? (We will briefly discuss how the endocrine system works)
-What does exercise or movement mean?
-How to create a program that works for you
-Each session will explore how to create abundance in health and what it might mean
-Each session will end with a hypnosis session focusing on healthy body and weight
Part II: Mental (and emotional) body:
-These sessions will focus on ‘mental’ or ‘thinking’ aspect of ourselves
-We will discuss the power of words - are they better than ‘stick & stones’?
-Who is in ‘control’ of you and your life?
-How to change thought patterns to positive
-How to attract abundance in thought and emotion
-Each session will end with a hypnosis session focusing on the power of positive thoughts and emotions
Part III: Spiritial (and emotional) body:
-These sessions will explore our ‘Spirit’ and its influence on us
-We will discuss ‘baggage’, forgiveness and spiritual connections
-There will be discussions on love of self and ‘charity begins at home’ concept
-Each session will end with a hypnosis session focusing on peace and balance
I read and like the concept of the “new” program. I understand what you are saying and feel that the time is right for this approach. As someone who has struggled with excess weight all my life I understand that Weight Watchers is the right way to go because it basically stresses healthy eating and moderation. Yes, it works. However, we find ourselves quickly returning to the old ways even though we know they are wrong. So what’s the motivation for excessive eating? Perhaps through the exploration in your program one would find out what the driving force is. Only then, could we hope for lasting understanding and a permanent change in life. Dear Sainoor,
First of all, I commend you on how you were able to create an atmosphere that allowed us to be so open and relaxed in each other’s presence. That can only come from the facilitator so you were definitely responsible for creating this with your easy manner.
Secondly, you are extremely knowledgeable in your field and have an excellent way of imparting the key points from a mass body of knowledge you’ve acquired. In these days of internet, when there is so much available for us to access, some accurate, some not so much so, it’s nice to have someone with your expertise to help us make sense of what is out there.
Your approach of handling the nutrition side first with the program makes total sense to me. You can’t focus on the emotional and spiritual if the physical side has not been looked after.
If I could suggest a possible upgrade, it might be on how we can put the material you have provided us to the best possible use for ourselves. What sticks out in my mind, is the digestive system survey. We can tell from the survey, what areas we might need to focus on, but what strategies are available to help us?
Overall, I am very happy to be a part of the group and look forward to the next session. – Debbie (Tokyo)

Sainoor, I have very much enjoyed being a part of the nutrition segment of Kome-Q and for me personally, having an awareness of what, when and how I eat as it correlates with my body’s functions has been very helpful. I feel that I have a better understanding of my physical body and its needs. I agree with Debbie that having a nutrition base first makes the best sense and we can now move into the mental and spiritual because we are more aware of our physical bodies.
I did walk away from the first segment with some tools in my belt to help me make better eating choices using your substitute suggestions. I think that as our eating habits are a central component to our wellbeing, having an entire meeting discussing eating strategies would be very helpful.
Thank you for being such a calming influence and inspiration. I look forward to the next segment.–Élan (Tokyo)

Hi Sainoor,
I would really recommend my friends to participate in your program, especially those friends with an interest in personal development. I think that your background from both nutrition and hypnosis is especially interesting and I like that the class ends with deeprelaxation / hypnosis. The latter allows for a deeper understanding / incorporation of what has been taught. Meeting you one on one adds another dimension as each pupil gets to discuss more personal matters or areas of interest in a way that is not allowed for in group. I alsoo think that the group composition adds to the program quality as group energy has a positive impact on your own personal development.
I cannot say if the program lived up to my expectations as I did not have any beforehand. Interestingly I started to have very symbolical dreams after having joined the program. Another thing that has surprised me was how easily I could be hypnotized. I did not even think it would work on me:) Lastly I have learned much about nutrition and what type of foods my body requires to be healthy. Maybe I had this knowledge before but I am much more aware on a daily basis now.
All the best,
Jessica (Tokyo)
